Accident and Emergency Cover
If you are in pain during the surgery hours please
call the surgery and every effort will be made to see
you as soon as possible. If you require urgent treatment
or advice out of hours simply call the main practice
number to obtain an emergency telephone number for the
duty dentist for the area.
Appointment Scheduling
We understand that you have a busy schedule and recognise
the need to provide an efficient and flexible service.
We will make every effort to see you at your scheduled
appointment time.
Our dental receptionists are available by phone or
in person throughout the day to arrange appointments
and help with any administration or queries.
If you are unable to keep an appointment please give
whenever possible at least 24 hours notice. This allows
us to make alternative arrangements and run efficiently,
keeping our fees at a reasonable level for you. We will
normally make a charge if you do not give 24 hours notice.
