Accident and Emergency Coverage

If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, always dial 911. If you're in need of emergency dental care, we're here to help. If you are in pain during our clinic hours please call us and every effort will be made to see you as soon as possible. If you require urgent treatment or advice outside of regular clinic hours call the main practice number. Our answering service will then relay your message to our on-call dentist.

Appointment Policies

We understand that you have a busy schedule and recognize the need to provide an efficient and flexible service. We will make every effort to see you at your scheduled appointment time.

Our dental receptionists are available by phone or in person throughout the day to make appointments or getting help with any other administrative tasks or answer your questions.

If you are unable to keep an appointment please give us at least a 24 hours' advance notice. This allows us to make alternative arrangements with other patients that might be waiting for an appointment. Our office policy is to charge you for a missing appointment if you fail to give us the required 24 hours' notice.

We reiterate, please call our office to schedule, change, or cancel appointments (Do not use the fax for that purpose).

Dental Insurance

E Esther Lopez DDS is a Delta Dental provider and accepts other PPO plans as well depending on your particular plan provisions.
