Scale and Payment Methods
Fees are based on time taken with the dentist or hygienist
with the costs for any technical work added.
We provide you with an estimate of the cost of your
treatment after the dentist has examined you and prepared
a treatment plan. If there is any change
during treatment we will discuss it with you and see
how you wish to proceed.
We accept cash, cheque, and most major credit cards. We will ask for a deposit on your first visit
with full payment being made before or at completion of dental treatment.
As a courtesy to our patients, we will also bill selected basic dental care prepayment plans where our office participates, such as Delta Dental PPO Plan.
However, it is the ultimate responsibility of the patient, not the dental office, to know what is covered and what is excluded from his/her dental plan.
Therefore, the prompt full payment of the account remains the responsibility of the patient and any other responsible party.
